Meet the Experts Behind M.A.N. Consulting
M.A.N. Consulting was founded by Will Nicoloso. It was founded for the purposes of assisting emerging brands in operations and logistics, franchise development, and developing and executing marketing and sales efforts for those businesses. M.A.N. also owns companies both as a franchisee and independently, normally with partners. There are 3 main types of services M.A.N. offers: business operations consulting, private equity, and sales consulting. Will has successfully franchised several businesses over his 17-year career. He has founded and developed startups as well as invested in existing brands. His true passion is working with small business owners and helping them grow, whether that be through franchise development and sales or independently.

Meet our Owner
Will Nicoloso
I’ve always been driven by hard work and a passion for excellence. My journey began with competitive sports through college and continued with arena football, alongside starting my first job at just 15. This relentless drive led me to establish Magic Bubbles 17 years ago. Armed with nothing more than a pick-up truck and a commitment to exceptional service, I grew the business from the ground up. Over the years, I franchised Magic Bubbles, sold more than 50 territories, and ultimately sold the company in 2021.
After fulfilling my two-year employee agreement post-sale, I took a brief respite before founding The M.A.N. Consulting Group. Named after my son, Mason Alex Nicoloso, the M.A.N. Consulting Group embodies my dedication to empowering business owners across all industries. Leveraging my extensive experience in helping franchisees expand, I developed a scalable business model designed to thrive both within and beyond the franchise sector.
I’m passionate about the franchise model, but my core belief is that any business built with duplicability in mind will naturally evolve into an efficient and operationally robust model.
